• Updated: The Single Justice Procedure has been extended to include the prosecution of companies. For some minor offences, companies can now be prosecuted without the need to go to court.
• Reminder: Since Monday 2 January 2023, queries about Common Platform magistrates court cases in the north-east are being handled by our service centre.
