A crisis waits for no one. |
Are you prepared? It might be time to run a crisis simulation. |
We’ll diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of your crisis communications plan, identify potential bottlenecks and observe your team's reactions under pressure. |
It's not just a theoretical exercise; it's a vital tool for real-world readiness. |
Our simulation program includes: |
Planning session: We’ll identify two or three scenarios most appropriate for a simulation and which stakeholders to include. The specific simulation will remain a surprise to all participants. Prep packet: We’ll prepare an informational folder with the crisis plan and instructions for the simulation (e.g., timing of breaks, restrictions on other calls/meetings, etc.). Crisis scenario slides and materials: As the mock crisis unfolds, we’ll present new information with slides, handouts and emails/calls from people playing the roles of reporters, employees and other stakeholders. Report: After the simulation, we’ll provide a report card, highlighting areas for improvement and recommendations for next steps. |
