As the country continues to adapt to the challenges presented by Covid-19, I would like to assure you that Charleston Seafood will continue to focus on the health and well-being of our employees and customers alike. With that being said, FedEx and UPS predict a record number of online sales this holiday season. We are planning for delivery challenges as their delivery commit times tend to struggle with this extraordinary volume. These inevitable delays have forced me to make temporary changes to our holiday shipping policy. Effective 11/22/20 through 1/1/21: · 2-day shipping orders must be received by 11:00 am (EST) on TUESDAY to be shipped that week. Orders received after that time will be shipped the following Monday. · Overnight orders must be received by 11:00 am (EST) on WEDNESDAY to be shipped that week. Orders received after that time will be shipped the following Monday. · All orders needed for Thanksgiving week must be shipped Overnight. · All orders needed for Christmas week must be shipped Overnight. · All orders for New Year’s week must be shipped Overnight. · Saturday or Sunday deliveries will not be scheduled during this time. I realize that these are drastic measures but necessary to ensure the highest quality product we both demand. I will continue to ensure my shipping charges are as low as possible.
