There sure is a lot to celebrate this week! Tonight, I’ll be making a big batch of Chile Relleno Enchiladas in honor of Cinco de Mayo. On Saturday, I’m planning to don my widest-brim hat and sip Mint Julep Lemonade while cheering on my favorite racers in the Kentucky Derby. And after all that, I know I’ll be ready to relax with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc on Mother’s Day. Whether you’re celebrating something this weekend or not, I hope you find a reason to slip on your apron and cook something new!
