Good morning, here are some of today's top headlines. Home prices: Housing prices fell slightly in the first half of the year, but two neighborhoods saw major swings: a dip for the French Quarter and a spike in Central City. What gives? Stephanie Riegel has the details. Wanna buy a mansion? Saints running back Alvin Kamara is in a contract year with no deal done, and he is selling his mansion in Belle Chasse.
