Encampment sweeps: Gov. Jeff Landry's plan to continue clearing New Orleans homeless encampments was once again impeded by a district court judge on Monday, just hours after Louisiana State Police began relocating people living on the streets in the French Quarter. Sophie Kasakove has the latest.
'Not just a game': State and local elected officials joined representatives from Southern University and Grambling State University at the Superdome on Monday to kick off the 51st annual Bayou Classic, a yearly matchup between the two historically Black institutions.
