Highs tomorrow will be in the upper 70s in northern Minnesota to the lower 90s in the southern half of the state. There is a chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon. Floyd protests: 276 protesters arrested last night; Curfew tonight from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. in Twin Cities. After the calmest night in a week, Gov. Tim Walz struck an optimistic tone Monday morning as he announced a modified curfew for the next two nights and the start of a pullback in National Guard operations. Among the four officers involved in the arrest, who were all fired, Derek Chauvin has been charged with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter in the killing.
