Our planned cruise on the Marco Polo was cancelled due to the Covid-19 virus, we were contacted by Katie who explained what our options were. The following day Katie contacted us again as promised. We booked a replacement cruise for August 2021 and also received a confirmation email shortly afterwards. Overall, and especially in these difficult times, Katie was excellent. Thanks, and stay safe.
