| | Rev. Patrick Conroy has decided to fight GOP Speaker Paul Ryanâs move to oust him as House chaplain. In a letter to Ryan on Thursday, Conroy said he has "never been disciplined, nor reprimanded, nor have I ever heard a complaint about my ministry during my time as House chaplain,â âI have never been disciplined, nor reprimanded, nor have I ever heard a complaint about my ministry during my time as House chaplain,â Conroy wrote in a letter to Ryan on Thursday.
