It was the verdant tranquillity that won the hearts of Sam and Shanna Fairless when the parents-of-three first visited the half-hectare property almost four years ago. Though just an empty block at the time, the couple knew it would be the site of their dream build and family home. Entrusting award-winning building designer Reece Keil, the pair wanted a "a sprawling single-level home that welcomed the northern light, championed the eastern outlook, and protected itself from the street front."
