The House of Representatives just voted to hold Steve Bannon, Donald Trump's former chief strategist, in contempt of Congress after he refused to comply with a subpoena from the January 6th Committee.

Every single Democrat, along with nine Republicans, voted to recommend the charges against Bannon. Cliff Bentz refused to hold Bannon accountable, and voted No.

No one is above the law. It is critical that we uncover the facts about what happened on January 6th, and the role that Bannon, Trump, and others played in the attack on the Capitol and their failed attempt to overturn the outcome of the 2020 election. 

But it's abundantly clear that Bentz and nearly all of the Republican caucus would do anything to defend Trump and protect the people most responsible for the violent assault on our Capitol. Together, we can defeat them and elect Democrats up and down the ballot. If you're able, please chip in today.
