CHICAGO: The Rose Hotel is offering a Valentine’s Day experience dubbed A Room Full of Roses from Feb. 12-14. The experience includes a room decorated with 400 red roses, a bottle of Champagne and breakfast in bed complimentary of the property’s on-site Thorn Restaurant & Lounge. KEY WEST, FLA: The Marker Key West Harbor Resort unveiled a $3 million renovation last week. The property now includes a new collection of waterfront suites up to 1,400 square feet, each with its own balcony and private entrance. NEW YORK: Pendry Hotels & Resorts has appointed Danielle Choi as director of sales and marketing for Pendry Manhattan West, the brand’s first New York City property that’s slated to open in summer 2021. In this position, Choi will be responsible for overall sales, marketing and public relations efforts for the hotel. The Governors Ball music festival has announced that its 2021 event will take place Sept. 24-26. The festival, which typically happens in June, has been postponed to a later time in the year due to COVID-19 health and safety concerns.
