Key Responsibilities: → Manage and mentor a remote development team → Lead technical planning, coordination, architecture, scoping, & implementation of projects → Collaborate with UX teams to align development with user needs → Enforce technical standards Qualifications: → 5+ years of professional experience → 2+ years of management experience → Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field → Extensive professional experience with Django 4+, Django Rest Framework, Python 3, Javascript, React → Overlap a minimum of 4 working hours with US Eastern Time → Speak fluent English with advanced business proficiency → Previous startup work (a plus!) |
