NEWS OF THE STRANGE
An Ontario woman woke up to a meteorite landing on her pillow Image Source: Ruth Hamilton Ruth Hamilton had been asleep for hours in her Golden, B.C., home when she awoke to the sound of her dog barking, giving her a moment's notice before a rock from outer space hurtled into her bedroom.
"The next thing was just a huge explosion and debris all over my face," Hamilton recalled in an interview Tuesday. "I was shaking like a leaf. You're sound asleep, safe, you think, in your bed, and you can get taken out by a meteorite, apparently."

ENTERTAINMENT
Earlier this week, actor Jamie Costa uploaded a video clip that has since gone viral, and has many fans of the late Robin Williams wondering if and when a biopic may be made.
The five-minute video is called “ROBIN Test Footage Scene,” and it shows Costa portraying Willams just as he heard the tragic news that John Belushi had passed away.
Although most viewers are in agreement that the performance was stunning, some wonder if his “attempt at reverse-engineering his own starring role” was in poor taste.

The Good Design awards showcased some incredible products this year. Here are the best of the best Image Source: Good Design awards The Good Design awards were recently held in Australia, and the event showcased some incredible new and innovative products.
One of the most popular designs during the awards was a flying surfboard. Known as the Fliteboard, the flying surfboard won the best in class in product design, sport and lifestyle. The electric hydrofoil design makes users feel as if they are flying over the water while surfing.
Another creative design that took home an award was an inverted incense burner. The design is so unique that it helps “reimagine the way incense behaves with the built environment,” explained Good Design chief executive Dr. Brandon Gien.

Who is Wrinkles? The clown parents "hire to terrify their misbehaving children" Image Source: Mirror Everyone knows clowns can be scary — but what about one hired out by parents to spook their own kids?
Wrinkles the Clown is (luckily) an urban legend. There's even a documentary about it with the same name, which was sparked by a series of viral videos of an apparently real life Pennywise.
In 2014, a YouTube page posted security camera footage of a child sleeping in their room before a clown silently emerges from under their bed and destroys the camera. The clip has been viewed more than a million times.
