Social media algorithms that serve content across age ranges based on user behavior have made generational marketing obsolete, which is why delving into insights to identify trendsetters, cultural moments and multigenerational experiences is more important than ever, writes B Lalanne, vice president of data and technology for Crispin. U.S. homebuilder confidence increased to 43 in October after registering at 41 in September, according to the National Association of Home Builders and Wells Fargo Housing Market Index. "We are forecasting uneven declines for mortgage interest rates in the coming quarters, which will improve housing demand but place stress on building lot supplies due to tight lending conditions for development and construction loans," said NAHB Chief Economist Robert Dietz.
