Amazon's Echo Show received criticism after its launch last month for not having enough visual skills, but more brands are now optimizing their Amazon skills for the device. Nearly 80 percent of PopSugar's traffic comes from mobile devices. That's why the company is launching a commerce product that sends sale offers to people via text. From Glossy: David's Bridal and Banana Republic are among a number of retailers testing visual commerce platform Curalate's Showroom tool, which uses artificial intelligence to create pop-up landing pages for brands to link to on social media.
