Survey: More layoffs, recruitment freezes in Q4

Nine percent of companies plan layoffs during the final quarter and 13% are planning major restructuring that could result in job losses, according to a survey by The Conference Board. Additionally, 11% will cut bonuses and 12% are freezing recruitment or limiting it to critical roles.
