Begrudgingly, I took action on Mark’s advice.

And when I did...everything changed. 

My energy levels skyrocketed. My output increased. My days were smoother, easier, and more fulfilling than ever before. 

I started finishing work before lunch and had more free time and fulfillment than ever before in my life. 

More importantly… getting consistent with my wake up times gave me the space I needed to create a powerful morning routine.

I know that every guru and half baked influencer out there will tell you a morning routine is essential for success… 

...that you should spend the first 2 hours of your day reading, breathing, journaling, dancing, screaming affirmations, and chanting your ‘oms’ to wipe the crust off your third eye. 

But 90% of the time, these routines are nothing more than a perverse form of procrastination. 

Not because there’s anything wrong with the habits they recommend. 

Because what works for THEM doesn’t always work for YOU.
