Report: Inclusive culture key for women in tech

Employers in the technology sector could double the number of women working in the industry over the next 10 years, but doing so means taking steps to make their cultures more inclusive, according to research from Accenture and Girls Who Code. Among the practices suggested in the report are establishing mentorships and coordinating networking events to promote inclusivity.
