Monster launched new benefits in response to its recent survey that found just 38% of employees think their employer is supporting parents sufficiently during the pandemic. New benefits include two self-care days, flexible working and a partnership with Care.com "to provide unlimited access to caregivers, tutors, errand-runners, senior caregivers, pet walkers and sitters, housecleaners," says Monster's Claire Barnes.
