NARVESON | Staff writer A bill to help Louisiana parents afford private school cleared its last major hurdle in the state Legislature Tuesday despite lingering uncertainty about the program's cost and disagreement about what requirements should be placed on private schools that receive public money. Now the Senate, which approved the bill earlier this month, must approve the amendments made by the House. If that happens, the bill will head to Gov.
