NEW YORK: Luthun, a progressive American restaurant in Manhattan's East Village, has debuted a new tasting menu, dubbed Tour de Force. It was curated by chef partners Nahid Ahmed and Arjuna Bull to reflect both of their culinary backgrounds, and features 10 courses of varying international foods and cultures—as seen through a South Asian lens. Each Tour de Force is served for about three weeks before being completely redeveloped, apart from one signature course. The multi-course menu runs for $172 per diner, and additional costs for wine pairing options is on offer, but varies.
