How did this Arizona grandmother help solve her own murder? |
Pamela Rae Martinez was able to use her final moments to help police catch her suspected killer. The 60-year-old grandmother and food delivery driver snapped a photo of the man believed to have shot her after she had delivered her last food order of the night on June 11. Now 62-year-old Rusty French is facing charges of second-degree murder. Glendale Police Sgt. Randy Stewart says that investigators found the victim in distress and non-responsive after reportedly being shot through an open window. Authorities say he has no known connection to Martinez. While it’s not clear what prompted the shooting, Martinez’s 27-year-old daughter believes it could have been related to a road rage incident. Here’s what witnesses at the scene reported seeing. |
