How’s it going? Well, I hope!

Our mental and physical health are intrinsically linked to what and when we eat. Some people will over eat, or comfort eat in times of stress. Others will lose their appetite or only be able to eat small amounts of food. Both these issues are emotional eating – and it’s easy for it to get out of hand, but it’s also something that can be dealt with empathetically.
How can you avoid emotional eating habits? I’d like to share some hints and tips with you.

Formerly I worked within the health and fitness arena, though lately I’ve become a freelance writer, this is a subject that’s close to my heart, and it’d be great to share some of my knowledge on the topic with you.

I’d love to write an article for newslettercollector.com on how to avoid emotional eating. I was looking at https://newslettercollector.com/newsletter/can-exercise-cause-sugar-cravings/ while researching an article and it crossed my mind that your audience would welcome a blog post on this idea because understanding emotions and how they can be connected to food can be a great help in dealing with your health and fitness. All I’d ask for in return is a mention of a site I’ve worked on before within the resources.

I’d also be happy to write around any other ideas you had too. Of course, the article will be tailored to your existing content and fully referenced for accuracy. Can I send an article over?

Kind regards,
Katlyn
