Survey data showed 73% of employees want a "benefits wallet," or the ability to customize their workplace benefits to suit their needs, according to a LIMRA Secure Retirement Institute report. Overall, health insurance, retirement savings accounts and vacation were top benefits, but millennials favored education benefits and paid parental leave, Gen X employees prioritized financial planning and wellness programs, and baby boomers had a higher interest in disability insurance.
