| This is a custom training program that combines team training and one-on-one editorial coaching to refresh writing skills and improve your overall editorial process. |
It looks like this: - Planning and customization: Our consultants meet with you to review your existing content, identify your audiences and discuss your team’s needs and goals.
- Team training: We deliver custom group workshops (in-person or virtually). Some session topics include: Storytelling, Principles of Brand Journalism, Media Pitching, Telling Stories with Data, Inclusive Communications, and Business Writing.
- Virtual editor & coaching: We work one-on-one with your writers for editorial review, content coaching or story ideation.
- Content capstone session: After the virtual editor & coaching, we bring the team back together to showcase improvements, reinforce the principles of good writing and hone their self-editor skills.
