One of my momma hens went broody twice this year. She's a keeper! And the baby chicks are just so adorable. We'll keep her inside the brooding box for a little while until they get bigger, to keep them safe from snakes.

Anyway, enough about me and our happenings. :)

Canning Peppers

If you are canning peppers remember they will not hold their crunch or texture. There is just no way that I know of around the soft results. BUT they are great for adding to many meals that benefit from the flavor addition even if they don’t keep their crunch. :)
