This week I will discuss how you can create the perfect Facebook posts for your Business Page.
To maximize the effectiveness of your page, your posts should be carefully crafted and well thought out. Determine the content that you can share that will best align with the following goals:
- Capture your followers' attention so they stop scrolling and pay attention to your post
- Deepen your connection with your audience by sharing your Artist Now story in a genuine and open way
- Get your audience to take an action, which turns a monologue into a conversation and makes your audience feel like a part of the story. Examples of action include liking, commenting or sharing your post, and visiting your artist website.
Your posts should include a variety of content but ultimately be centered around telling stories to build an emotional connection with your audience.
Below are a few content ideas that can help to get you started:
1. You can feature the progression of a piece of work that you're working on from beginning to end. This can include the creative process as you work in the studio that features you and your art.
2. Sharing the range of a series of artworks that you are currently working on, how they relate to one another, and inspiration behind the series and each individual piece.
3. The story of an art related event that has either already occurred, is currently ongoing, or is set to happen in the future.
Regardless of the story you tell, your art is the vehicle that you should use to tell it!
