Federal Reserve asset buying will be aimed mostly at creating maximum employment, especially among Americans in prime earning years, rather than simply lowering the unemployment rate, Vice Chair Richard Clarida says. For a historic NCAA men's basketball tournament, there's no better city to host it than Indianapolis -- which has plenty of historic venues to spread out the games. Of course, there's Butler University's Hinkle Fieldhouse, built in 1928 and made famous in the movie "Hoosiers," Southport High School's gym, built in 1957 and with a 7,100-seat capacity is just the 11th largest high school gym in the state; and Indiana Farmers Coliseum, built in 1939 and known for a horrific explosion in 1963 and home to three-time ABA champions Pacers.
