Dear SmartTrader,
If you needed to generate an extra 1,000/week with as little risk as necessary, what would you trade?
This was a question posed to me in a recent webinar.
My answer was, hands down, my Option Insanity Strategy.
I’ve been trading options since 1987.
I’ve traded every type of strategy you can imagine.
If you weigh all 3 of these… Probabilities + Risk + Potential Gains, Option Insanity is, by far, the best strategy I have ever traded.
Take for example this trade.
The probability of success on this trade was about 90%.
The potential gain on the trade was around 2,500.
The risk was around $500.
But that risk is deceptive, because the probability of realizing that $500 risk was very, very small, estimated at less than a 5% chance, and that is probably being conservative.
Search the world over, you will not find better overall risk reward metrics.
Especially considering the trade usually lasts only 3 – 4 days or less.
Here is what this trade looks like on a projection Graph:
This graph is a conservative projection, showing not quite $500 risk in 2 separate, very narrow ranges.
However, the actual risk on this particular trade was less than the projection, and the actual gain on the trade was more than the projection.
In other words, in reality, with actual fills, the trade worked out better than the graph.

It should also be noted that this is based on exiting right at the close on the day of expiration of the spread.
Those risk levels actually decrease if you exit slightly early, creating even better overall probabilities.
Only in a very narrow range, AND only if the trade is held on too long, is the max risk of $500 even possible, and that is a maybe, not a for certain.
Which means overall, this is a ridiculously insane opportunity.
If the market:
Stays the Same – Winner Moves Up – Winner Moves Down – Winner Only if the market trades in a very tight range does the risk exist in this trade.
No Picking Market Direction No Big Risks Monster Gains are Possible Very High Probability of Success This strategy checks ALL the boxes of what savvy traders are looking for.
What’s equally crazy is most traders have NO CLUE these opportunities even exist.
Why? Because they are almost impossible to see unless you have the right tools.
In fact, I spent MILLIONS developing the tools necessary to find these opportunities because no other tool, or trading platform in the industry had these capabilities.
Let me show you what I mean…
