Someone once said, “Mo money, mo problems.”
I’ve seen this over and over in my coaching business.
The more money we help our clients make, the more additional problems it brings them.
Our typical client experiences this entrepreneur evolution:
From “broke / struggling” to first-world problems:
“Where do I invest all this money?”
“How do I legally minimize taxes?”
“How do I manage all the people that work for me?”
“Where’s the best place to buy a vacation home for my family?”
“How do I keep my house quiet with all the personal assistants and construction people here turning my current home into my dream home?”
I know, I know, our clients have such tough lives. ;)
Solving their existing problems provides more opportunity for my business to grow and provide additional solutions to their higher level problems.
Likewise, in your business, if you feel like you’re coming up to a sales ceiling with your existing offer…
Just ask yourself…
What additional problems are caused for our clients after your solution works for them?
Make a list…
For example…
If you’re a sales coach and you increase conversion rates of your clients, that means they’ll soon be too busy to deliver the service AND take all sales calls…
So now you can provide a sales training program for them to teach new sales people.
If you’re a weight loss coach that helps obese people lose the first 30 pounds of fat, now you’ll have happy clients looking to go to the next level and optimize their health …
What supplements do you believe in that you can provide?
Or after you’ve helped clients lose the fat, now they need your help to build muscle.
One of my friends, Steven M, has a successful chain of car washes…
His clients come back again and again…
But the problem is the client is “bored” for 5-10 minutes in the car wash… so he started putting coffee shops in car washes so people could enjoy a cup of joe and a donut while they waited.
You are only limited by your creativity.
Here’s why…
Humans are driven to want MORE.
99% of humans can never be fully satisfied.
It doesn’t matter how rich people get…
They always want one more house, a bigger jet, another watch, or they want to be tougher (see Musk-Zuckerberg), etc.
Your clients want MORE.
You can either serve them more or let them buy elsewhere.
But buy they will.
Now you just have to decide if it's gonna be from you.

Craig
