Buldak-Style Barbecue Chicken Drumsticks

Buldak, which translates to “fire chicken” in Korean, is a chargrilled dish made with a bright red sauce with a one-two punch of gochugaru and gochujang. Here, Epi contributors Susan Kim and Lauren Schaefer use a buldak-inspired sauce as a marinade and glaze for chicken drumsticks. Cook them low and slow on a grill, and serve them with a refreshing scallion salad.
