To generate leads and make sales... You need to speak to the specific pains, fears, and desires your ideal audience is experiencing in real time. And since the COVID-19 pandemic, the conversation in your audience's mind has changed a lot. But this can actually be a good thing if you know how to capitalize on it. For example, my friend Danny Lehr, Founder of Caffeine & Kilos... ...A coffee subscription and t-shirt company that targets weight lifters and CrossFit athletes. Noticed early on that gyms were starting to close and home workouts were becoming the new norm. And he realized that he had a unique opportunity to increase his sales by offering something that addressed the conversation in his client's minds. So he connected with a partner and started offering a subscription bundle that included coffee, a workout shirt, and a jump rope. He posted a few stories on his Instagram (using my 3-step CTA of course ;) And within 24 hours, he'd sold 34 new subcriptions and generated thousands in lifetime revenue for his business... The lesson here? Get resourceful and figure out a way to pivot your offer to what your clients need right now. The world is changing at a breakneck pace and so are the needs and desires of your followers. If you can figure out how to address those needs in a unique way, your revenue will skyrocket. 2. Zander Fryer: Don't Be Afraid to Sell With everything going on in the world right now... ...Most entrepreneurs are terrified of selling. They feel "wrong" or "scammy" for trying to make money when so many people are out of work and struggling. And a lot of them worry that people just aren't buying what they have to offer right now. But here's the thing they miss. ...And one of the most important lessons my buddy Zander Fryer teaches It doesn't matter whether we're in a bull or bear market... ...Your job as an entrepreneur is to be a SOLUTION provider. The pandemic and unrest we're facing right now hasn't changed the fact that people still have problems. If anything it's made many of those problems worse (e.g. fights in relationships, alcohol abuse, weight loss, etc). And if you aren't providing the solutions those people need...
