Often you’ll find a cheaper price. | But did you know you can reshop your cruise cabin as well? | Clark booked a summer Caribbean cruise as a high school graduation present for his son Grant. Recently he got an interesting marketing email with what looked like a great deal. | Upon investigating, he found that cruise prices in general have fallen. The full-force “revenge travel” demand has lessened. Clark also saw something else interesting – a lowest-price guarantee. | He looked up the same cabin on the same ship on the dates he’d previously booked and found a much lower rate. So he contacted the cruise line and asked for the difference. | They offered him a cruise credit or to refund the difference. | “I got actual money back -- 22% of the cost of the cruise back,” Clark says. “That was good stuff.” | So if you’ve previously booked a cruise for this summer or later, re-check the rates.
