The head of the state's Division of Administration, Jay Dardenne, and the speaker of the Louisiana House, Clay Schexnayder, cannot agree on whether state taxpayers should pay the speaker's stepsons for work performed at the Pentagon Barracks. The stepsons aren't on the state's vendor list. Suddenly, Dardenne's budget is $3.3 million lighter.
