You can make a thin crust pizza in 15 minutes! We've done it in our pizza classes. And you can do it too.

That includes making the crust and baking but with the toppings prepped.
The secret is in the thin crust--you don't have to stop and let it rise. It comes out of the oven thin and crispy like a cracker.

And one mix will make two 15-inch pizzas. That's because you roll the dough only half as thick.
