| What's the Big Deal? Baked, not Fried Donuts! |
 For the next couple days, we're making raised donuts but they're baked. That's right, they're not fried. Then we're filling them (those above are cream filled and those to the right are filled with lemon filling) and then frosted or glazed. We're serving them to customers in our store today and tomorrow. We think this is a big deal. They're quicker and easier than fried. It's just like making dinner rolls and baking them.
