Make ice cream sandwiches for The 4th of July!
(These are made with Strawberry Lemonade Cookies and Patriotic Jimmies.)
How to Make Ice Cream Sandwiches that Will Delight the Kids and Amaze the Adults!
You can have a ton of fun with ice cream sandwiches. It's simple to make them like those above, simply two cookies with ice cream smashed in the middle.

You can roll sugar cookies out in sheets, bake the whole sheet, cut them into rectangles to make sandwiches.

There are lots of ways to decorate your cookies. The ones above were dipped in chocolate and then sprinkled with crushed candy pieces

When we make ice cream sandwiches with our frosted sugar cookie mixes, we use the frosting from the mix to frost and decorate the sandwiches.

This is an ice cream pie made in a springform pan. It's absolutely yummy!

Have fun on the Fourth with S'mores Pancakes!
These are graham pancakes with chunks of chocolate! Top them with marshmallow pancake syrup.

"The syrup tastes exactly like marshmallow. The pancakes taste exactly like S'mores."--Abbie
