It's gorgeous fall weather. But we live at about 5,000 feet so the season will change quickly. Let's take advantage of the harvest.
A crisp
is easy and quick. It's a great way to use those peaches, pears, and apples.

is impressive, a French custard nestling the fruit of the season.
