Change your butter for whipping cream!

Whipped cream is way better than whipped butter! It's so light and dreamy, less rich and caloric! You'll enjoy it much more than buttercream. It's whipped cream, flavor, color and meringue powder--used as a stabilizer.

We use 40% butterfat heavy whipping cream, Darigold from Sam's Club, not 32%. That extra 8% makes a difference. It won't hold up as well as buttercream, but if made properly, it'll last a couple days. We try to use ours within 24 hours.

"That's the best frosting ever!" is what you'll hear.
