Dear John

Though it’s often used to describe extreme, life-threatening events, trauma can be generated by any distressing situation (an event or circumstances) that overwhelms our system.

Everyone experiences trauma to some degree - be it a response to a life-changing event like childbirth or slow-burning distress caused by a job that makes us unhappy. However seemingly ‘large’ or ‘small’ the reason, if not processed, trauma and stress can have a huge impact on us and those around us.

Sandra Carson has just released a new Academy course that will give you the knowledge and tools to process deeply-stored stress and trauma. Once the ‘stress container’ is emptied, you’ll learn how to maintain a healthy nervous system - which ultimately helps you to live a happier, healthier, more relaxed and balanced life.

Keep well,
Esther and the team.
