The Sunday Round-Up | November 21, 2021 It was another busy week in the travel industry and it's going to be even busier this week since Thanksgiving is on Thursday! Can you believe it? For those taking to the skies, I just wrote a post with 12 tips to make your Thanksgiving travels smoother and safer.
JUST IN: TSA officers screened 2,004,579 individuals at airport checkpoints nationwide yesterday, November 20. A week ago on same day: 1,559,772. In 2019: 2,194,291. Airports are going to be packed except on Thursday and Friday.
I just got my Moderna booster shot yesterday and so far, no side effects! A big reason why I just got the shot is because the COVID news coming out of Europe isn't good and the USA usually follows their lead.

Surprising My Dad for His Birthday Part 3 If you subscribe to my daily travel tip (you can update your subscription here) or follow me on social (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook), or read last week's round-up, then you know I flew to New York's JFK to surprise my dad as an early 93rd birthday present. I just finished writing part three, my final leg of the trip. Here's part one & part two.
