YouTube's Spotlight Moments offers contextual ad targeting around videos tied to cultural events that AI deems as gaining popularity and sponsorship of related dynamically curated channels. YouTube also says tests of its AI-fueled Video Reach campaigns delivered 54% more reach and reduced costs by 42% and Video View efforts yielded 40% more views and lowered the cost-per-view compared to regular in-stream ad tests.

Homebuilder confidence has declined to the lowest level since January amid elevated mortgage rates, according to an index maintained by the National Association of Homebuilders and Wells Fargo. Higher interest rates are pricing some buyers out of the market, and they are also affecting the cost of construction loans, according to Alicia Huey, chair of the NAHB.
