Last week I shared a message about overcoming something I see a lot of entrepreneurs struggle with:


Thinking small and giving in to limiting beliefs.


Too many people cap their own success in life because they THINK they’re not good enough... not smart enough... or just don’t have "what it takes" to do big things.


When this mindset doesn’t get deal with, they end up:


- Never growing their business past 6-figures


- Never building freedom into their schedule or working less than 60 hours per week


- Never creating the lifestyle they dream of for themselves and their family


I don’t want that to be you.


I know you have greatness in you, and that you were put here to do all those things and more. 


So today I’m sharing 3 more ways to level up your thinking so you can get the most out of life:  


1) Set Rules to Get Paid What You Are Worth

If you want to do great things, you must do fewer things.


I learned this the hard way back in 2016 when I was flying here, there, and everywhere to speak for $2,500 or $5,000.


This was unsustainable in many ways, and so after one exasperating trip I decided to stand up for myself and say, “enough is enough” – time to get paid what I was worth.


Today when people ask my speaking fee, it’s “$25,000”.


Most people won’t pay it... and that’s fine, because even at $25,000 for 90 minutes on-stage, each speaking gig is really costing me four or five days in lost focus on my real business.


It’s time for you to audit your time and make sure you are getting paid what you’re worth.


No more taking on rinky-dink speaking engagements for $500 that eat up an entire day.


No more taking on “poor fit” clients that cost you more in stress & anxiety than they pay in price.


What rules do you need to put in place that will make your decisions easier?


Three of the biggest game changing “rules for my life” that I’ve added have been:


a) No speaking unless it pays $25,000 or more per trip
b) No more taking calls before 10am
c) No more uploading video to IG


My life has been liberated, my schedule has been given back to me, and my output and money making is higher than it has been in 18 months.


Time for you to draw some hard lines... but remember your role as a Superstar... You must do only what you can do, and you must be paid your worth to do it.


2) Deliver Your Services One-to-Many

Three of my Alpha-Female clients, Stacey, Lori, and Jenn all have group programs that give a little access to the “guru” to a lot of people for a moderate investment. 


This makes far more money than trying to do 1-on-1 coaching where your time gets tapped out.

  

When you deliver your services one-to-many…

...OR when you find a way to sell massive bulk orders of products (like Bedros did with his ManUp book – selling over 7,000 units through a handful of speaking engagements)...

You can acquire more customers faster.


In my business, workshop and Mastermind groups are one of the best ways for me to deliver coaching. 


Everyone wins. 


The client gets an amazing day of personal coaching with me and benefits from the “Mastermind effect” of being in the room with 5 to 25 other high performers.


Everyone gets more in less time.


How can you apply the “bulk concept” to your business?


3) Sell Like a Shark

We must turn you into a predator – a sales shark – that is out in the big open waters looking for a sale every day. 


Every morning you need to wake up thinking...How do I make a sale today?


“Who’s got my money?” Grant Cardone would say. What reach out, promotion, emailing, calling, etc. do I have to do?

Time to get ruthless. 


Not toothless... ruthless... can’t have any toothless sales sharks out there, ya know. 


This is how I think every day... asking for referrals, doing my IG stories, writing emails, nudging old leads... non-stop.


You should not allow yourself to go to bed at night without having put max effort into making that big sale in your business.


You only eat what you kill – and you only eat if you sell.

Take 5-10 minutes to think about the simplest ways you can start thinking bigger in your life, write them down, and commit.
