Ezekiel Elliott to reportedly meet with Roger Goodell |
Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott was handcuffed but not arrested following an argument at a Las Vegas music festival in May, and on Tuesday he will reportedly meet with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell about the incident.
