The Future Leader Awards, presented by Digiday, Glossy and Modern Retail, recognize the next generation of leaders across media and marketing, fashion, beauty and retail. These aren’t the regular top-level executives who are on the industry speaking circuit. Instead, we see this as a way for companies to showcase their emerging leaders and begin to put them on their industry’s radar.
