How would you spend $641M?

Thanks to the most recent COVID relief bill to make it out of DC, Baltimore is getting $641 million in federal aid.

 

Today, as reporter Donte Kirby details, Mayor Brandon Scott detailed his priorities for the funds, though most specifics are still TBA.

 

In the meantime, I'm wondering: How would you spend $641M to improve Baltimore?
