We’re experiencing a bushfire crisis that experts have described as “unprecedented”.
Lives have been lost, homes and businesses have been destroyed. Our wildlife and livestock are dying, and thousands of people are stranded or in limbo as fires burn across the country.
But this crisis has also seen Australia and the world dig deep to support those doing it tough. Over the new year period, with your help, $13.3 million was raised for the Australian Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery fund.
