1 August 2023 The manufacturing company has been fined after a worker became entangled in a machine and was left paralysed from the chest down. 26 July 2023 Two companies have been fined after workers at a mental health hospital were subjected to attacks by patients over a 3-year period. 24 July 2023 The company has been fined 12,000 after a bricklayer fell four and a half metres through a stairwell opening and fractured his skull. 20 July 2023 The clothing firm has been fined 40,000 after a delivery driver was seriously injured when he was hit by a forklift truck. 20 July 2023 HSE's investigation found that the school knew they had a problem as far back as 2007 when they carried out monitoring and installed some remediation to reduce radon levels. 19 July 2023 The self-employed plumber received the sentence after carrying out unsafe gas work and for pretending to be Gas Safe registered. |
