Real estate firm invests $1M in Greenville location

Real estate consulting company Armada Analytics has had a presence in Greenville for about 10 years, but a $1 million investment in a new facility at 104 S. Main St. will make it a national hub for employees and clients, says CEO Matt Legge. After a 10-year growth streak, the company has outgrown its original office and is on the hunt for underwriting and zoning analysts.

Anderson Lights of Hope will host its 28th annual Anderson Christmas Lights drive-thru display until Dec. 25 from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. The display includes 45 acres of 210 displays seen from a 2.5 mile drive. Proceeds from the $10 per vehicle ticket will benefit Cancer Association of Anderson, Anderson Habitat for Humanity, Family Promise, the Sertoma Club of Anderson, among others. The entrance to the park is on Martin Luther King Boulevard across from the Anderson Civic Center.
