Daviz Simango, the mayor of Beira, one of the city’s worst hit by Cyclone Idai, has blamed the government for the deaths Mozambicans in the ensuing floods.

The African National Congress has applied to cross-examine Mr Angelo Agrizzi who testified before the Zondo Commission.
